DEVELOPED FOR THE ACTIVE ADULT ATHLETE

Following Athletic Republic’s proven approach to athlete development that has helped more than 1 million competitive athletes accomplish their goals over the past 25 years, AR-FIT is a high intensity fitness program designed for the active adult looking to move better, get stronger, and stay healthier, while simultaneously improving stamina and durability.

Each small group work-out begins with a dynamic warm-up to elevate heart-rate, engage the primary muscle groups and introduce motion to challenge athletes' movement mechanics. The high intensity interval training portion of the AR-FIT program changes daily to develop the complete athlete, before concluding with a few minutes of mobility training that will initiate the recovery process and improve the range of motion.

Drawing on the skill of its certified trainers, Athletic Republic is utilizing its proprietary training equipment combined with resistance bands, conditioning cords, suspension training, balance and multi-tasking equipment, loaded movement and strength equipment to create daily AR-FIT workouts that will keep every athlete engaged and ready to return for more.
TEST - TEACH - TRAIN

Athlete assessment, or the TEST portion in the Test-Teach-Train model, is an important part of all Athletic Republic programs as the evaluation provides a baseline for identifying an athlete’s strengths, opportunities for improvement, prior training and injury history, and establishes a means to measure progress. TEACHing proper movement, lifting and running mechanics allows the athletes to train efficiently, while reducing the potential risk of injury. AR’s training philosophy of ‘One Size Fits ONE’ has been applied to AR-FIT. The program has been organized to TRAIN small groups (of up to 8 athletes) to allow for individualized attention.
