ENDURANCE TRAINING
Your next season begins now, and it begins at Athletic Republic. We combine science-based sport-specific training with intense individualized programs to build speed, power, endurance, and agility. We invite you to visit our Performance Sports Training Center to find out how endurance athletes are improving their race day performance.

MAKE YOUR NEXT SEASON YOUR BEST SEASON

Building upon its foundation of the Acceleration Training Program, Athletic Republic has introduced an Endurance Sports Training Program designed to help the athlete move better, stay healthier, become stronger and get faster. The Endurance Sports Training Programs consists of an Athlete Assessment to determine an athlete's strengths and opportunities for improvement, taking into consideration weekly workout volume, competitive goals, and injury prevention. Speed, Strength & Stability training is at the core of the program, focusing on gains in speed, power, balance, and stability.
OTHER FEATURES OF THE ENDURANCE TRAINING PROGRAM INCLUDE:

INDIVIDUALIZED, SMALL GROUP TRAINING: At Athletic Republic, one size does not fit all ... one size fits ONE.

WE TEACH SPEED: Speed is a defining attribute of athleticism. No longer considered a genetic gift, speed can be improved by training stride length, stride frequency, power output, symmetry, and stamina. Athletes work on improving their running mechanics and economy as they complete their interval training and speed work-outs on our high-speed running treadmill.

SCHEDULING FLEXIBILITY: Training programs are offered throughout the day to accommodate every athletes schedule. The monthly membership, session packages, or pay-per-session payment options make sure athletes receive the training and support to help them achieve their goals.

EVIDENCE-BASED APPROACH TO ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT: Athletic Republic's training programs have been tested, validated, reviewed and refined to help every athlete achieve the best performance results.
