Athletic Republic’s certified performance trainers have the passion and sports-science knowledge to safely improve your athleticism. Our more than 500 performance trainers are constantly furthering our proven methods to help athletes reach their goals.  Because we believe developing athletes is best done in small groups, we provide a trainer to athlete ratio of 1:5.  This allows the trainer to customize a program for each athlete’s individual strengths and weaknesses.

Erik Walker

Sports Performance Trainer

Erik grew up in Park City and attended Park City High School where he was All-State in both track and football. He then attended Weber State University where he got his degree in Human Performance Management: Wellness, and a Minor in Nutrition. While attending Weber State Erik was a 4 time letterman for the football team. Erik has been around or involved with the Acceleration training program since he was in middle school. He trained with Athletic Republic as a middle school athlete and continued to take advantage of the training program until he was out of college and done playing sports.

Ryan Rockhill

Sports Performance Trainer

Ryan grew up in Summit County, Utah and is currently studying Exercise and Sports Science with a Minor in Nutrition at the University of Utah. He played basketball, football, and ran track during high school. After achieving All-State honors in football and basketball, he walked on to play football at Snow College in central Utah. 

Ryan helped coach the South Summit High School football team during the '13 and '14 seasons and aided them in clenching two state championships in two seasons. Ryan has his ISSA certified Personal Trainer/Strength and Conditioning Coach certifications and owns and operates an athletic training studio in Kamas, Utah. He loves watching athletes grow to reach potentials both athletically and mentally, while many times exceeding their own expectations. He is looking forward to teaming up with Athletic Republic and continuing to help all athletes reach their sports performance goals!

Hayley Krzeczowski

Sports Performance Trainer

Hayley is from St. Charles, Illinois and has been a competitive swimmer for sixteen years. In High School, she was a three-time All-American which lead her to continue swimming at the division I level at Iowa State University. She received her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and Health and was a four time varsity letter winner. Hayley also received NCSA Strength and Conditioning All-American honors as well as ISU Strength and Conditioning athlete of the year as a Junior. She's excited to be in Park City and to be apart of the Athletic Republic team.      

Ali Walker

Sports Performance Trainer 

Ali was born and raised in Park City, Utah and graduated from Park City High School in 2013. She was an avid soccer player growing up and then transitioned to distance running in High School. She ran cross country and track for three years at the University of Wyoming where she is currently working towards her Kinesiology and Health Promotion degree. During her athletic career, Ali received academic All-Conference for five semesters consecutively and lettered in cross country all three years at UW.        

Colby Jorgensen

Sports Performance Trainer (Intern) 

Colby was born in Mt. Pleasant, Utah and attended Timpview High School in Provo. He received All-State recognition in both Basketball and Football and helped his teams win two State Championships in Football and one in Basketball. During his Senior year, he qualified to compete in the prestigious SPARQ National Championship at Nike World Headquarters in Oregon where he earned a combine score that would rank him 8th in the nation. 

He accepted a football scholarship from BYU and played with them for two seasons before receiving a career ending neck injury during practice. Colby trained at Athletic Republic during his High School and College career and deeply believes in the methods and results of this program. He will be graduating from BYU this Winter and is working towards becoming a certified personal trainer.            

Tyler Kruger

Sports Performance Trainer (Intern) 

Tyler grew up in Peoria, Illinois where he played basketball and was an All-State hockey athlete, leading his team to 2 state titles during his time there. He transferred to the University of Utah where he played for the hockey team, while earning his degrees in Kinesiology and Nutrition. Tyler has been training athletes of all ages for several years in Salt Lake City and thrives watching those players become better all-around athletes both physically and mentally. He is excited to be working with Athletic Republic and looks forward to helping many more athletes accomplish their goals and taking the next step in their sports careers.
