Each individualized program is based on a detailed evaluation, a unique training environment, and performance specific training equipment and protocols designed to help every athlete achieve their goals. Our programs include: 

Acceleration Training:

  • For the youth, teen, college, and pro athlete looking to gain a step on their competition by improving their speed, power, agility, and stamina.
  • Designed for the active adult, AR-FIT is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) program created from 27 years of research and relentlessness. The individualized small group classes will help you get stronger, move better, and stay healthier. Each hour-long workout consists of a dynamic warm-up, 45-minutes of interval training, and a recovery session.

Indoor Cycling:

  • For the road cyclist, triathlete, or mountain biker, we offer daily workouts utilizing our Wahoo KICKR power-based trainers designed to raise your fitness, improve your stamina, and elevate your power thresholds.

Endurance Training:

  • The program is defined by speed, strength and stability to help the runner, cyclist, swimmer, and triathlete achieve their personal best while staying healthy as their volume and intensity increases.
